PIRMAX HRFC PANEL is a modified PIR (Polyisocyanurate) rigid thermoset insulation laminated with a 6mm fibre cement. PIRMAX HRFC PANEL consists of one side recessed or straight edge 6mm fibre cement and foil on the reverse side adhesively bonded to the PIR core.
Alternative linings, such as 9mm fibre cement, can also be used upon request.
PIRMAX HRFC PANEL is designed to achieve excellent thermal value where minimal cavity is required giving buildings continued thermal efficiency throughout their life span. PIRMAX HRFC PANEL is easy to handle and allows fast fixing to any application. Fully compliant to the Australian National Construction Code.
PIRMAX HRFC PANEL is CFC free with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), does not release Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) and is manufactured in Australia.
- Complies with AS/NZS 4859.1:2018.
- Amongst the highest thermal values of rigid board insulation due to the product’s low thermal conductivity.
- Achieves a Group 1 BCA/NCC fire classification when tested to AS 5637.1 (AS/NZ 3837), compliant to the National Construction Code, NCC/BCA Volume 1; Specification C1.10.
- Not corrosive to metal over time.
