PIRMAX HRP Panel
High Thermal Performance Insulated PlasterboardProduct Introduction
PIRMAX HRP PANEL is a modified PIR (Polyisocyanurate) rigid thermoset insulation laminated with 10mm plasterboard. PIRMAX HRP PANEL consists of one side tapered edge gypsum based 10mm plasterboard and foil on the reverse side adhesively bonded to the PIR core.
Alternative plasterboard linings, such as 13mm plasterboard, can also be used upon request.
PIRMAX HRP PANEL is designed to achieve excellent thermal value where minimal cavity is required giving buildings continued thermal efficiency throughout their life span. PIRMAX HRP PANEL is easy to handle and allows fast fixing to any application. Fully compliant to the Australian National Construction Code.
PIRMAX HRP PANEL is CFC free with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), does not release Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) and is manufactured in Australia.
- Complies with AS/NZS 4859.1.
- Amongst the highest thermal values of rigid board insulation due to the product’s low thermal conductivity.
- Achieves a Group 1 BCA/NCC fire classification when tested to AS 5637.1 (AS/NZ 3837), compliant to the National Construction Code, NCC/BCA Volume 1; Specification C1.10.
- Not corrosive to metal over time.
- Able to custom manufacture to different sizes and facing colours.
- Fast manufacturing turnaround times.
Australian Made
PIRMAX HRP PANEL is manufactured in Australia by an Australian owned and operated company, and guarantee the highest quality insulation material. Raw materials and chemicals are also sourced from Australian companies wherever possible.
