PIRMAX US FLOOR Panel is a modified PIR (Polyisocyanurate) rigid thermal panel that can be used for underslab floor applications. PIRMAX US FLOOR PANEL is a light weight closed cell PIR consisting of a foam inner core, thermoset between two layers of embossed aluminum foil facings.
PIRMAX US FLOOR PANEL is CFC free with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), does not release Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) and is manufactured in Australia.
- Complies with AS/NZS 4859.1:2018.
- Amongst the highest thermal values of rigid board insulation due to the product’s low thermal conductivity.
- Mould and Moisture Resistant.
- Achieves excellent fire hazard results when tested to AS/NZS 1530.3.
- RED LIST FREE product, ingredients are 100% disclosed to 100 ppm, and do not contain any Red List chemicals.
- Not corrosive to metal over time.

Installation Instructions
Before installing PIRMAX US FLOOR PANEL make sure that all documentation has been approved for the application.
1. Lay water proof membrane to (DPC) level prior to installing PIRMAX US FLOOR PANEL.
2. Compress a thin layer of sand to achieve a level surface.
3. Install the desired thickness PIRMAX US FLOOR PANEL.
4. A Damp Proof Membrane overlapping/sealing joints. Edges must well above the height of the wall DPC ensuring that it links/forms the DPC.
5. PIRMAX US FLOOR PANEL should not be installed where there are any joint loads.
6. Pour the floor slab.
